Recipe: Chocolate cake
With the Super Bowl, Valentine’s Day and President’s Day approaching faster than spring, there’s no better time for you to wow your crush, roommate or – for those brown-nosers among us – professor, with your baking skills.
This chocolate cake requires more than a few ingredients, but each are cheap and easy to track down with a quick late-night Wegman’s run or trip to a campus grocery store. The cake is amazingly moist and addictive. The peanut butter adds a new layer of texture, while the coconut sweetens and balances the richness of the chocolate. And the actual process of making it is easier than CFS 388.
