Cars, motorcycle left damaged after accident occurs on Marshall Street
Police officers blocked off Marshall Street between Comstock and Ostrom Avenues on Monday around 1:20 a.m after a car crash.
A black Honda Pilot was parked on the left side of the road when it’s entire front was smashed in, as well as the back right side of the car, right outside the entrance to Park Point. Department of Public Safety officers declined to comment.
Witnesses at the scene said they heard a crash from inside their Park Point apartment and looked out the window. The Pilot side-swiped three automobiles and a motorcycle on the right side of the street, then rolled back down and hit a ‘No Parking’ sign of the left side of the road, witnesses said.
The other vehicles that sustained damage were a blue Kawasaki motorcycle, a light blue Nissan, a grey Acura and a red Chevy Tahoe. Glass covered the right side of the street.
Around 1:30 a.m., an ambulance from Rural Metro took the driver of the Pilot to the hospital.
