SU Fans Share Their Pinstripe Bowl Experiences Through Social Media
Many SU fans traveled to New York City to watch The Orange take on West Virginia in the Pinstripe Bowl Saturday afternoon and shared their photos through social media.
The North East was expecting up to four inches of snow on Saturday. The first flakes began to fall just hours before kickoff, coating the field in the white, fluffy stuff Syracuse is used to seeing.

But for the many SU Fans who couldn’t be there sports bars in major cities like New York City and Boston served as fun atmospheres to cheer on The Orange.
Many fans, however, showed their spirit in festive apparel, or alongside loved ones right from the comfort of home. As SU fans huddled for warmth in the Yankee Stadium stands fans across the country, and over seas, tuned in to see The Orange play.
Syracuse trailed to Le Moyne at halftime, though Chris Bell forced a turnover and made two free throws in the final seconds to seal SU's season-opening win. Read more »
