Syracuse to host St. John’s in Carrier Dome on Dec. 6
The second leg of a home-and-home series will pit Syracuse against long-time rival St. John’s in the Carrier Dome on Dec. 6, the team announced in a release Monday.
The Red Storm — with 88 games against the Orange — is the seventh-most familiar foe in the program’s history, with SU holding a 51-37 lead in the all-time series. Syracuse has also won the last nine matchups, most recently a 68-63 victory at Madison Square Garden last season.
While the Orange played in its sixth consecutive NCAA tournament after finishing 28-5 in 2013-14, St. John’s finished 20-13 and competed in the NIT.
