Syracuse jumped up two spots to No. 3 in the new National Soccer Coaches Athletic Association poll, which was released Tuesday afternoon.
After defeating Bucknell on Tuesday and drawing with North Carolina State on Saturday, the Orange bumped up to its second-highest ranking of the season. SU received one first-place vote.
UCLA jumped five spots to take over the top rank and Indiana overtook six teams to place second in front of the Orange. Washington stayed at No. 4, and Notre Dame dropped from the No. 1 spot to round out the top five teams.
