Red Bank Regional (New Jersey) High School wide receiver Sadiq Palmer verbally committed to Syracuse on Saturday afternoon, according to Scout.com.

The 6-foot-3, 185-pound Palmer is the second commit in SU’s Class of 2016. Five days ago, SU picked up its first verbal in its 2016 class when offensive lineman Cam DeGeorge committed.

Palmer also received interest from Old Dominion and Rutgers, but the Orange was the only team that offered him a scholarship, per Scout.

Syracuse has 10 wide receivers currently on its roster, but none in its Class of 2015.
