Poll: Do you agree with ‘Enough is Enough’s’ definition of consent?
New York state Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed his “Enough is Enough” legislation into law in early July and it affects both public and private colleges and universities in the state. Among the most important changes, because of the legislation, is an adjustment to the definition of consent.
Here’s the definition of consent provided in ‘”Enough is Enough”: “A clear, unambiguous and voluntary agreement between the participants to engage in specific sexual activity.”
