Syracuse announced on Thursday that it will play six of its remaining 14 home games at War Memorial Arena at the Oncenter. The downtown Syracuse arena is the home of the Syracuse Crunch, the American Hockey League affiliate of the Tampa Bay Lighting.

The next Orange home game — Saturday, Nov. 14, against Cornell — will be the first game to be played at War Memorial. Another game will be played there on Friday, Nov. 27 against North Dakota.

The remaining four games will be a set of series – with games on a Friday and Saturday – against College Hockey America opponents after the New Year. The first set will be on Jan. 15–16 against Mercyhurst. The next will be on Feb. 19–20 against Lindenwood.
