Syracuse's game against Virginia has been moved from Saturday at noon to Sunday night due to an impending snowstorm.

Syracuse’s game at No. 13 Virginia has been moved from noon on Saturday to 7 p.m. on Sunday, the Atlantic Coast Conference announced in an email Thursday afternoon. The game will air on ESPN2.

The conference also announced that the Cavaliers’ Monday road meeting with Wake Forest has been moved to Tuesday, both announcements coming with a historic snowstorm set to hit the east coast on Friday and Saturday. Washington, D.C. and Virginia areas are reportedly going to be most affected by the inclement weather, which includes UVA’s Charlottesville campus.

Thursday morning, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. all declared a state of emergency due to the storm.

The Orange (13-7, 3-4 ACC) has won three straight contests and its date with the Cavaliers will be the last of a four-game road swing. Virginia (14-4, 3-3) is coming off a win over Clemson on Tuesday, and has won all nine of its home games this season.
