No. 3 Notre Dame (11-0) defeated No. 12 Syracuse, (8-3, 5-2 Atlantic Coast) 36-3, on Saturday at Yankee Stadium. In the biggest college football matchup of the weekend, the Orange were embarrassed on both sides of the ball, likely losing any chance at a New Year’s Six bowl in the process.
