On Tuesday, Roos Weers became the sixth player in Syracuse history to be named a three-time NFHCA All-American. She was named to the second team in 2018, following her senior year in which she started every game.
This season, Weers led the Orange with 11 goals and 25 points. SU failed to qualify for the NCAA tournament for the first time since 2007.
Throughout her four-year career, Weers started all 76 Syracuse games at back, totaled 44 goals and 110 points. She was named first team All-American in 2016, and second team All-American in 2017.
