Gabriela Knutson rose six spots this week.

In a bounce-back weekend for Syracuse (6-4, 0-2 Atlantic Coast), SU grabbed wins against Colorado and Harvard after a four-match losing streak. Because of other teams’ performances, the Orange dropped to No. 25 in the Oracle/ITA National Team Rankings. The Orange started the season ranked No. 24 and three weeks ago had climbed to a program high No. 10.

Gabriela Knutson moved up from No. 48 to No. 42. Knutson, who gained sole possession of second most wins in program history with 162 over the weekend, went 4-0 since the last singles rankings were released on Feb. 6.

Miranda Ramirez, who has slotted in at second singles with Sofya Golubovskaya injured, moved down slightly from No. 67 to No. 71. Ramirez went 3-1 over the last stretch, including a big win over then-No. 52 Jessica Failla of Pepperdine.

Syracuse now begins a four-game road stretch starting against Louisville on Friday at 4 p.m. and Notre Dame on Sunday at 11 a.m.
