Serene Flow Yoga
Recover from midterm exams with a guided yoga class in the Barnes Center at The Arch. Serene flow yoga emphasizes fluid movements and meditation techniques, which can improve people’s mental clarity and emotional balance. Registration on the Wellness Portal and a valid SUID are required to attend. Registration opens 24 hours before the class.
When: Monday from 9 to 9:50 a.m.

How To Break In (And Get Away With It)
Learn how to break into the entertainment industry in this talk with Lukas Kaiser. Kaiser is the senior vice president of Westbrook Media, where he oversaw the launch of Red Table Talk and Will Smith’s social media accounts. Through humor and personal insights, Kaiser will outline ways students can make their mark in the industry.
When: Wednesday from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

“Rocky Horror Picture Show”
Join Black Box Players, an SU student-run theater organization, for its annual production of the cult classic, “The Rocky Horror Picture Show.” A shadow cast will act alongside a projection of the movie. Audience members can expect a night of fun and a goodie bag of props related to the movie. RSVP on ‘Cuse Activities and bring a valid SUID to attend.
When: Thursday at 10 p.m. and Friday at 12 a.m.

Pumpkin and Apple Picking Trip
Experience the best of the fall season by picking apples and finding the best pumpkin in the patch. SU’s Center for International Services is hosting a trip to Tim’s Pumpkin Patch and Navarino Orchard for students before Halloween. Busing and admission are free, but the cost of food, produce and games are not included. Sign up for the trip here.
When: Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
