Syracuse split its games at the Stacy Winsberg Memorial Tournament in Northridge, California, taking game one against California State University Bakersfield, 6-0, and dropping the second to CSU Northridge, 5-2.

The Orange was led offensively by three home runs, each from a different player. Andrea Bombace, Sydney O’Hara, and Corinne Ozanne all went deep for the Orange in the seven-inning shutout.

Lyndsay Klimenko took the loss for the Roadrunners, her fourth of the season.

In the second game of the night, AnnaMarie Gatti got the nod for Syracuse. After a shaky start which saw her give up three runs in the bottom of the first, she was replaced by O’Hara. The junior lasted until the bottom of the fifth, before Gatti took over for the final stretch.
