Juice Jam sold out for first time in 7 years

This year’s Juice Jam Festival sold out Wednesday for the first time in the event’s seven year history, said Samara Shwidock, public relations director for University Union.

The performance, scheduled for Sunday at noon at Skytop Field, features headline artist Lupe Fiasco and opening acts Passion Pit and Super Mash Bros.

The show is located in an open field on South Campus where there is no seating. In the past a crowd has gathered around the main stage, but with ample room in the surrounding area.

The exact number of tickets that were sold has not yet been released.
