Zac Brown tickets to go on sale Saturday

Students will have the opportunity to purchase tickets to the Zac Brown Band’s Nov. 16 Carrier Dome performance starting Saturday at 10 a.m.

About 30,000 tickets, including 2,500 for general admission in front of the stage will be available on Live Nation’s website, the Dome box office and by phone at 800-745-3000, according to a July 26 article from The Post-Standard.

The concert was announced by Syracuse country radio station WOLF-FM July 16 but was not officially confirmed by the Carrier Dome box office until July 20, according to a July 20 Daily Orange article.

Pete Sala, senior associate director of athletics and managing director at the Dome, could not be immediately reached for comment.

The tickets range from $29.50 to $59.50 before applicable service fees. However, the service fees will be waived if the tickets are purchased in-person at the Dome box office. Parking passes, $15 before fees, will also be on sale, according to the article.

Four windows at the box office will be open Saturday and fans will be able to line up early that morning, according to the article.

Tickets are already available in the form of a presale for Citi credit cardholders and through Syracuse country radio station B.1047.

Cardholders can redeem the offer by entering the first six digits of their card into the corresponding box on Live Nation’s website. The code for the B104.7 presale offer is “B1047” and can be used until Friday at 10 p.m.

It is unclear how many presale tickets were sold for the event. Tim Tobin of Live Nation could not be immediately reached for comment.
