Dreamer Isioma, renforshort, DWWLRS to perform at 2024 Block Darty

Dreamer Isioma will headline the second annual Block Darty on the the Shaw Quadrangle at 1 p.m. on April 26, University Union announced Friday. Kicking off the day of Block Party, DWLLRS and renforshort will also take the stage.
Dreamer Isioma is a second-generation Nigerian-American musician known for hit song “Sensitive,” which has over 160 million streams. Their albums include “The Leo Sun Sets,” “Goodnight Dreamer” and “Princess Forever.” They have been recognized by Rolling Stone, NPR, Teen Vogue and more for their “deeply intimate” and “universally palpable” music, according to the release.
renforshort is a Toronto native whose influences include Nirvana and Amy Winehouse. She began creating music in high school and performed online and in local bars. Her most popular music includes the song “f*ck, i luv my friends” and her EP, “teenage angst.” She has collaborated with YUNGBLUD, Avril Lavigne and Machine Gun Kelly.
Hailing from Clemente, California, DWLLRS is a duo made up of Bren Eissman and Joey Spurgeon. Their alternative pop is inspired by California’s sunny surf rock as well as Frank Ocean and BROCKHAMPTON.
Block Darty is free of charge and includes tables with merchandise and activities alongside the live performances, according to the release.
