Beat writers predict Syracuse to roll by Boston College

Not so regal Eagles
Everything goes according to script this time. Syracuse gets the double-digit win it hasn’t had since the Clemson game. Lonnie Jackson won’t hit six 3s. Ryan Anderson won’t feast inside. SU’s offense starts playing like it’s capable of playing and cracks the 70 plateau for the first time since the Duke game. The Orange heads into its second showdown with the Blue Devils undefeated.

Take it easy
The top-ranked Orange doesn’t usually blow teams out, but the Eagles are bad. They gave SU a scare earlier this season, but that was one of the best games BC has played all season. After struggling against North Carolina State, C.J. Fair seems due for a big performance. He rarely has multiple bad performances in a row.
Stephen Bailey: Syracuse 64, Boston College 54
Easy(ish) for once
This is as close to a blowout as the Orange gets. After a pair of barnburners, Syracuse hits its stride again and cruises past Boston College. The Eagles shooters that caught fire in Conte Forum will struggle in the backdrop-less Carrier Dome, and if Baye Moussa Keita returns and plays well, SU will head to Durham in full form.
